#COVID19

What was strange about South Korea?

I know over there everyone wears a mask for a year if a single teenager catches a cold, so maybe its their innate sense of panic that helped them?

As for the tories, they could have not made the errors, and they certainly could have been alot more decisive and organized.
For me, the general government business of dealing with covid was a nightmare, and they probably 'tried their best', or at least some of them did, and as a whole, it could have been worse.

At the same time, their insistence on using the crisis to give our money to their friends was obviously a shitty thing to do.
Errors?

Mrs Strett has this strain, the first time she's has Covid. Symptoms are similar to that of flu: lethargy and aches.

I have decided to use my time wisely and watch a war film tonight.
Any recommendations?

My faves are...

Ice Cold in Alex
Zulu
Waterloo
Dunkirk
(the original, the new one is poop)
Apocalypse Now
Tora! Tora! Tora!
Kelly's Heroes.

Chris Whitty: I worry we overstated danger of Covid at start of pandemic

  • ‘Unsure’ if shielding would be used again
  • Little evidence that FFP-3 masks are better than surgical masks, Whitty says

Isn’t this what I was…
Oh, never mind.
And yet.....

Wearing any kind of face covering should be a norm if you are feeling ill, Far Eastern countries (not sure if you are allowed to say that anymore now everything is woke, we want our cuntry back and setting fire to hotels is perfectly fine acceptable behaviour) if you think you might spread something and are feeling under the weather wear a mask it’s common courtesy.
I for one doubt though the fybromalgia riddled unworking class who can’t work because of the immigants rather than them being std riddled illiterate drunks that are on the sex offenders register won’t listen to reason anymore they get all their info from Farage who has openly admitted he gets his info from Andrew Tate.

Tory scum have utterly broken this country and left it open for the simpletons to be exploited by Tice and Farage at least 30p Leeanderthal the scab is actually working class, he’s thick as shit and could be outwitted by one of my dogs but at least he isn’t dressing up and pretending

Yeah for one thing it lets the public know you've got something, which may save a life regardless of covid.
I think strett just wants the elderly dead, as he accused our good lord and saviour Kier Starmer of...
