I don't think laser eye surgery is cosmetic surgery really? I'll consider that in my future as my eyes deteriorate (if they deteriorate)... I'm on low prescription glasses at the moment but having glasses on can bug me, especially as half my skull is numb so they feel 'wrong' on my head!
I'd need to do a hell of a lot of reading up on it before committing anything eye wise though.

Teeth whitening is easy enough, I've done laser one (couer de lions ex mrs did it) but don't think the teeth capping ones look good like a lot of actors have and Jimmy Carr has, they seem far too bright!
I'd have them straightened if they ever got badly out of shape I think, my teeth and eyes are the only things that work properly on me really!

Hair... nah. Shaved my head since it came out in clumps in 94 after brain op, would look ridiculous if I all of a sudden had hair again! Not unless there was a major advancement, I did read something about potential stem cell stuff making it grow back naturally, but having had a shaved head for so many years, can't really see the point now. Maybe if I was in my 20's and there were advancements.
I find the tattoo version interesting but again, not for me really!

Lipo, you really need to lose a fair bit of fat before considering anyway and you can end up with very lumpy/bumpy results if you aren't careful. It isn't quite the quick fix people think.
I'm down to 13% fat at the moment, now if I wanted to trim off instead of slowly work the rest off, it would work quite effectively I believe (from what I've seen/read) but if you are bigger, you really are talking tummy tucks etc which are very big ops and carry their own risks.
Do you realise if you don't exercise, eat wrong and have lipo, that the fat still keeps coming, just quite often in other places? There isn't really a quick fix for these things!

Was a series about cosmetic surgery a few years back, also read about the cock surgery, must have been GQ... sounds horrendous and carries major risks. They either cut a bit at the shaft to lengthen (and that can lead to a lack of feeling) or pump in fat from another part of the body to widen (which can end up lumpy and mishaped.
Sounds ace but I think I'll leave that one!

Hair removal I'd be tempted with. I body groom, if I left it I do get a bit overgrown. Especially as I've not got definition in my abs, it is a shame to cover it with a forest!
But again, I'd need to read up and be convinced it is at least long term if not permanent.

Botox? Really not sure. Not for normal ageing lines. However I've got some creases on my bald bonce, not sure if botox would fill those in, or if I need polyfilla. I doubt I would bother, but maybe I'd enquire.
I think there is a treatment you can have on the face to remove some scarring, I might look at that if I had loads of money as I have two creases above my chin, but then, these things I guess add character.

Boob and buttock implants? Get the fuck out of here, jeez! lol
Bench press, squats... sorted.

I would perhaps ask re the bags under my eyes. I think they age me and when I'm pale from the brain aches, I look strung out.
BUT I still think I'd err on the side of not doing it as I believe there are quite big risks with that as well.

My experience of surgery is every op leaves you slightly less than you were, every operation has risks, a lot of these quick fixes can cause massive problems.

Great question deano!
