Well we all know that Merseyside 'Police' work for Liverpool FC anyway, but not sure this isn't in the 'magical thinking' category. I nearly choked on my coffee when the article referred to 'a measure of trust in supporters' to act sensibly.........these are the same fans that threw things at our team bus. Seriously?
