Congratulations to Sergio Garcia - US Masters champion and a golf major winner, at last. Won the leading amateur in 1999 and watched Jose Maria OLazabal pick up a green jacket the same year. Apart from the US PGA title (not classed as a major) has never won a major in almost 20 years, despite coming agonisingly close at times. And to do it on Seve Ballesteros 60th birthday - all the stars aligned for him and he deserves it - nobody more deserving. You held it together tremendously and played some great golf Sergio - well done. Honourable mention to Justin Rose for putting up a tremendous fight and some great sportsmanship - hope it's your turn next year.
