Confidence is key.

Well that was a pleasant surprise to come home to. Still away so don’t know the details but six points from Preston and Bolton seems particularly welcome after the Good Friday debacle and it’s good to have a manager prepared to make changes.
Bolton aren’t the soft touches they were earlier in the season and they have a lot to play for so it sounds like a good result.
Maybe confidence is beginning to grow again and if we can maintain that with a point or more at Wolves...who knows...we may just carry some renewed confidence into the play offs. COYR.

I think we'll need more than confidence against Wolves rA!! Quality is what we are lacking and no amount of confidence can overcome that when teams use pace against us and Wolves have that in abundance. Our best chance will revolve around our ability to keep Wolves out but we need at least a point with Millwall joining Fulham as a team with plenty of momentum and confidence!!

Yep, you’re probably right...but you never know...be so like us to lose at home to the bottom club and then beat the runaway leader’s ten or so days later though.
Honestly don’t think Millwall are in the same class as Fulham, we might find they struggle now that the weight of expectation is suddenly present...bit like us. Something from Wolves would be very welcome anyway.

Welcome as a point would be, it's hardly a must win game. We will still be in the playoffs with a game in hand if we lose, unless we lose about 7-0. The chasing pack still have a lot of mutual beating up of each other to do and will all probably drop points.

The Middlesbrough game is the one that is key and the 2 "easy games" - as if there is such a thing. Wolves is just cake icing.

So no wrist slashing when we lose, please!

Spot on Roger...the ‘Boro match is much more important but imagine how much confidence and momentum we could take into the ‘business end’ of the season with a good performance and result.
