I said we missed Colo sometime last week and a lot of people disagreed. what he brings to the side was shown against West Ham, we instantly looked more organised at the back. When he does leave in the summer (its inevitable) its going to be extremely difficult to replace him
 
Aye, Colo is a leader on the pitch, something which Cabaye general fails at. Will be a big miss if he does indeed leave this summer

Players get motivated when he's there because he's the best fuckin player in the squad and they feel a lot more comfortable when he's playing. He is not however a very good leader in that he doesn't communicate as much as he should. He is captain by default basically
