I remember that Standard Leige game. Leading 1-0 with five minutes to go, then mayhem created by Peter Barnes as shown on the video.
We went from having concerns going into the second leg to more or less job done.
We needed it as well, lost the second leg 2-0, and had Gary Owen sent off.
 
It does BE, he was a prolific scorer and I am glad he ended up at City, he is the one that persuaded Ryan Giggs to sign for the rags instead of City, he had charge of United youth in those days and we lost both Ian Rush and Giggs to smooth talkers.
