City Charged by FA

Rising

Alert Team
For breaching anti-doping laws.

Now tell me there isn't an agenda.

(b) The FA (whether through the Anti-Doping Unit or otherwise) may issue directions
from time to time about:
(i) the type of whereabouts information to be submitted by Clubs; and/or
(ii) the manner and time frame in which such whereabouts information
must be submitted.

(c) It shall be a breach of this Regulation 14 for a Club to fail to provide regular details

directed by The FA.
258 ANTI-DOPING 2016-2017

(d) It shall also be a breach of this Regulation 14 by the Club if the information
contained in such reports is either initially inaccurate or has not been updated by
the Club as necessary to ensure it remains accurate.

Looks like an agenda to me, but we wait and see what we have actually failed to do which has made head;lines through the world.

Geez.

Just because you aren't paranoid doesn't mean they aren'y out to get you.

At first I thought this had some relationship to Nasri and the spot of hot water he is in but it seems like there is a whole new level that they are moving up to. Failed with the FFP; failed with FFP within the English game; selective application of the rules of the game........

**ck me they are serious about trying to smear the club and hinder any progress and threat to the favoured ones.

Knowing how sensitive they are to the image of their venture I think they are trying to taint the club in the eyes of the owners in the hope that they will walk away.

**cking livid

This is relentless and all too much of a coincidence now.

This is David Gill's work. It is soul destroying the shit we are getting.

Fight it City.

Been interested to hear off freelancers at swamp who support City of massive increase in the Govan Piss Can's activity. Travels on team bus, involved in training and heavily in media ears. Gill influence a given. FA were alerted to Sagna message by a hack with big Maureen connections. All fact.

The game is fooking bent. Look at how Klopp had his arse licked over youth FA Cup selection. Lest we forget the media caning we got at Chelsea in the cup.

Btw did you see Tiny Tim Owen the Real Madrid benchwarmer and that latest draw? He LOOKED at the balls when the host asked Man City home or away!

I am furious. Our cats have gone into hiding.

It just cannot be coincidence. Too many things all coming together in a relentless stream of and news stories - the action (& chronic inaction against Fabregas and Chabolah) at the Chelsea game; the reporting of Fernandinho's "3rd red card in six games" with zero context; the bans for Agüero and Fernandinho; the poor decisions faced in games including Marriner's suddenly awful failure to see the incident between Agüero and Reid despite it occurring right in front of him; Mason's failure to give a free kick for the contact with the keeper vs Burnley.....

I think they are attempting a new direction - taint the club and it's reputation to poss off the owners

I think you are right Skoorb about them trying to dirty the Clubs name and hoping the Sheikh will walk away, it must be hurting as they are down to minor infringements not telling them where players are and then announcing it world wide as if it was a major thing.

City have quite rightly not commenting at this til until the full facts are known and they have conducted an internal investigation.

How many other clubs have breached this rule and it has not been made public?

Trial by Media?

I know devout Blues and West Ham mates who walked away from the game over the past two years with all the ready ups, scandals, salaries and above all else the media which they just couldn't take anymore.

I think the Sheikh, bless him, has invested far too much to walk away now. But the club must do something somehow to stem this tide of negativity.

There are very little details but it seems to relate to a change in the squad's training plans which weren't notified to the PL. it would seem to me to be an administrative **ck up rather than a concerted effort to circumvent the doping authorities. I mean in all seriousness how would anyone in their right mind think that a club might try and do that - in such an obvious and stupid way? Get real.

However, in an age where the BBC especially is very fond of embellishing and padding out their reports on all manner of subjects with speculation and hearsay and opinion........here we have a very short story parachuted into the middle of their sports pages which contains only the basic information and which, in my opinion, is intended to generate the maximum speculation.

Their failure to do anything other than the bare minimum of details is highly suspicious.

They are encouraging maximum generation of anti-City crap if you ask me.

Brian Swanson at SSN explains it, but it is a nothing breach and someone at the FA is trying to make it a smear campaign without a shadow of a doubt, to come public has got to be with the highest officials at the FA surely and this stinks.

Hence the reason that Sky are not banging on about this, but I hope that similar beaches by other Clubs have also been in the public domain

"It is understood the information was not updated following a change to training routines."

So basically someone on the administrative side failed to email/fax/call/send a carrier pigeon (it is the FA) about an alteration to the club's training regime.

No massive conspiracy on the part of the club or it's officials to cover up the players being hooked up to I/v bags in r/v's and trailers in City Square à la Lance Armstrong in his pomp. Someone (who may soon be seeking alternative employment) forgot to update someone else.

I cannot believe this is the first time this is happened.......but I bet it is the first time it has made the headlines :019:

It is utter bullshit and I agree Buzz this smacks of someone at the FA wanting to stir the muck and smear the club.

More no more convinced that all the events we have witnessed are efforts to say to the owners "do you really want to be associated with such a tainted club? Undisciplined players; bottom of the fair play league; circumventing doping regulations; players questioning the integrity of officials?"

They failed with the direct, financial handicapping and have elected for more underhand, oblique attacks.
