Christmas Bargains

One Bloody Number
Obviously Xmas can be an expensive time of year so whenever you can save a bob or two it always helps.

Thought it would be good to start this thread so we can share any good deals we find.

I've just been searching for wine. Tend to drink cheap shit throughout the year but at Xmas like to treat ourselves (and also when we go up to my sisters its nice to take a decent wine with us).

Waitrose currently have a Chablis on offer at £8.50 per bottle! 30% off and cheaper the likes of Tesco and ASDA.

As for red, cheapest Chateauneuf du pape I can find is at Morrisons for £9 (reduced from £15).

Post any other bargains you come across (food/drink/presents etc..) in here when you find them

:35:

Anyone struggling for a small stocking filler, I have a code for a photo mug from truprint.

Usually £7.99 plus £2.50 delivery. if you use the code 'easygift' at checkout you get it for £3.50 delivered.

Just choose the 11oz Plain Mug (thats the only one it works on) add your photo, go to checkout and enter code. Viola.

If buying books, check out both Amazon and The Book People before heading for the High Street. Spend more than a tenner (in the UK) on books with Amazon and it's free delivery. It's £25 for The Book People although every so often they'll reduce that. In any case, there are often other special deals - today they're offering £10 off if you spend £40 using code "SANTA40".

Not necessarily bargains however if your looking for stocking fillers that you would find hard to find on the High Street; try buy a gift or not on the high street online. You should still have time to get an order delivered.

Great buys, quirky gifts all in 1 places, plenty of pages of them from every category you could want

There was a girl last night who I'd have liked to fill her stockings.

That's as christmassy as I can get I'm afraid :3:
