Is leaving the club to take up a first team coach position at Luton.
Pretty crap news given our current academy set up and his 13 year association.

Actually very surprised he’s doing this as he has a young family set up in Ruddington. Unless he’s commuting down south, I thought he’d be for as long as he could.

Yes in a sense it is but if it turns out as I hope it does he could be just increasing his knowhow and experience.

That's a shame but hard to judge without knowing all the circumstances. Maybe after the recent shake up he thinks there will be no promotion for him for the foreseeable?

Seems like a decent bloke too, a good role model. Our loss I think.

Shame in a way as he'd been doing so well with our younger players, but this is a step up and he needs to get some experience. Wouldn't be surprised if he ends up here on 2-3 years as head coach, good luck to him.

Really liked the thought of Gary Brazil heading it up with Reid and Cohen coaching - all three settled and lived In Nottingham for over 10 years.
