A really good article by Swiss Ramble on Chelsea's fortunes this year. It looks as though they are closing in on United in terms of revenue. Projected for next season is £450 miilion vs United's £515 million.

One thing is for certain, once you get to the top of the league money isn't a guarantee of success.

Note: Spurs are mentioned several times in this article.

Anyone who reads that article from start to finish needs a medal.

He writes quite well and if the business of football interests you at all they are great articles.

Will be rooting for Bournemouth when they play Chelsea today. Up the cherries :16:

what a great weekend. Man U 2 Chavs 0. Spurs 4 Bournemouth 0. League leaders concede 2 Spurs concede 0 (again). Yes if we down the Chavs in the semi final, the heat will be on Chelsea. What a great scenario.

Could it be that the team we beat 2-0 earlier in the season might implode? I didn't think so but the way we're going, with our form, we could make them very nervous. And Costa needs an oscar an a few red cards to make them think better (plus brain transplants).

This could still be our year.
