Given the recent upheavals over the death of George Floyd and the eruption of the BLM protests.........does anyone else think that this story has been rather conveniently buried? Or from another angle, under the current climate I am finding it strange that this story hasn’t gained greater prominence. It is hard to argue that it isn’t topical.

I find it hard to believe that if this were Manchester City, then the editorial decisions would have been different and this story would not have been found way down the BBC football page. Effectively ‘below the fold’ as they used to say in print journalism.
