Marca also has a break down of who the Spanish sides can face. They reckon that second-placed duo Real Madrid and Sevilla will want to avoid Paris, Man. City and Man. Utd at all costs, while group winners Barcelona will be keen to ensure they are not pitted against Chelsea or Bayern.

As it currently stands, we can't complain about that. A lot can change between now and the extended last 16 round.
A couple of big hitters will go early.

What a great draw for us - obviously you can't really underestimate anyone but we ought to be able to give Basel a game. Also longer term if we get into the next round then avoiding one of Real and PSG wouldn't necessarily be a bad thing.

Tough fixtures for Spuds and Chelsea but if they go out at least they will be able to concentrate on the league without the excuse of the CL being a distraction. Do you see what I did there?
