Yes indeed they are, which means we won't be seeing them until the knockout stages.

The other pots aren't fully complete until the play offs have been decided, but currently in Pot 2 :
Spurs, the two Madrids, Dortmund, Napoli, Donetsk.

They cannot impose the ban this season as we are already included, arrangements are well in hand and it would be a logistcal nightmare for UEFA.

I know that, but they constantly move the posts for us and PSG, so I don't trust them any farther than I can throw them.
