Impossible: They are in the National League still, maybe in the FA Cup!yeah, .........we didn`t even get hartlepool this time.............. i`m gutted
On the plus side, it's a decent stadium with room for ever one who wants to go. A cut price ticket offer could make it very doable.
I agree and wouldn't rule out an upset either! With their previous form I reckon the Cowleys will be up for itI think it will be a real good test for this team and show us just how far we have come.
Yeah but apart from that - good draw?no home tie, no replay, no tv money,no crowd/little revenue, sitting in the week when we have to go to exeter following saturday, nobody wanted this one,not easy to get there for us imps down south ,no trains home?,no chance of a giantkilling?
Over the years we’ve had some pretty shite draws in the cups. Even in the FA cup run you could only really say Arsenal was a ‘good’ draw, which was almost inevitable anyway given it was a QF.
don`t get me started......it all started with being number 13.....who picked our balls out of the bag, was it the Grimsby chairman,,,,,,,John Fenty...Yeah but apart from that - good draw?
Arsenal.......my first imps game ,will never forget it,half and half scarf,it was emotional!Over the years we’ve had some pretty shite draws in the cups. Even in the FA cup run you could only really say Arsenal was a ‘good’ draw, which was almost inevitable anyway given it was a QF.
in a cup run, 5th tier teams are very unlikely to get more than one draw against a top six team.Over the years we’ve had some pretty shite draws in the cups. Even in the FA cup run you could only really say Arsenal was a ‘good’ draw, which was almost inevitable anyway given it was a QF.
