Can / Will Chelsea Slip Up Against Southampton?

The FA Cup Final was decided over the weekend and I for one still feel emotionally stressed. Having said that, my feeling of desperation might lighten somewhat if..

The only way this season can end well is we win the league and Chelsea beat ars*nal in the final. Realistically we've bottled it again and Chelsea are going to be win the double, or ars*nal will win another cup :26:

Why do people always say we bottled it when we lose, if we had played as we did against Liverpool I could understand it. But we played well IMO, I happen to agree with Rio when he says we only lack a couple of leaders, no way do I think we bottled it.

Because it happens too often to not be a coincidence. 7 FA Cup Semi's in a row we've lost, that is pure bottle job. Look at the back end of last season, look at the 2 or 3 times we've been above ars*nal with a few games to go. It's clear to see it's the mentality of this club, I don't know what we do to change it. 1 league cup win in over a quarter of a century is embarrassing for a club our size. People say we are going places but I can be pretty sure when I say I bet we win nothing in the next 2-3 years even if we keep our current players...which we wont by the way.

Easy win for Chavs. The best we can hope for is a draw, which is still great for us because we need Chelsea to drop points no matter what, but Southampton are appalling in defence at the moment.

If they win the double then we have to finish 2nd so we can do them at home in The Charity Shield to win some silverware!

Sod that, not another Wembley loss thanks.

We've got a minimum of 24 games there already next season, may as well have another. Who knows we may be used to it by the time we have our next cup semi!

The more times we are in silverware winning situations, the better. We need to learn how to get over the line. It only takes one win to change that.

I would like to see a class AM added to the squad, to increase the possibility of that happening.

Cannot rely on Southampton for anything. Good team but gutless.
