Can 6 English teams qualify for the Champions League?
Situation would have to be:

Man Utd falter in the Premier League and finish 5th
Arsenal or Chelsea finish above them. So say it was Arsenal.
So Top 4 teams in the Premier League are Liverpool, Man City, Spurs and Arsenal
They qualify
Then Man Utd go on and win the Champions League.
So they qualify as holders
Then Chelsea win the Europa League, which would earn them a qualification place.
Won’t have been done before.

I remember when Liverpool won the Champions League in 2005, they qualified as holders, but Everton who had finished 4th were deemed by UEFA as needing to drop out, as we couldn’t have more than 4 teams in the competition. The English FA appealed and won the case. Liverpool were deemed as the 5th team and had to enter the competition in the first round in July against TNS of Wales.
So definitely you can now have 5. Is there or will there be a rule against 6?
