Bullying Continues

The Fear

A Wise Man (once sat next to him)
Been going on for years, already lost a few members of staff if you remember, but the one still remains, he seems like Teflon.

Bullying?
Or just good old-fashioned bollockings/cajouling if someone isn't doing as well as they could be?
It's hard to tell these days, as kids and parents are so soft, imo.

Carrot and stick spring to mind, as long as they're being dished out in equal measures.

That said, you've probably heard a lot more than me and I'm uninformed, to say the least.

Few were sacked if you remember over this sort of thing. My info is it's not been pretty, heard a few too many comments actually.

But not my place to repeat things, up to the club to sort. I was happy when he left and sorry to see him return is all I will say.

Actually, I'd suggest that if you know something, it's exactly your place to say it, as long as it doesn't specifically get anyone into trouble.

If things are that bad, maybe it explains why we don't produce anywhere near enough quality as we ought to be, given that we were rated the best academy a short while back?

Given the academy for all it's costs has failed to produce much until this season, how the hell has he managed to keep his job.

He was a useless twat when put in temporary charge of the first team and it beggars belief how he was allowed to come back.

Have tried privately before, no good speaking when people don't act. It's not exactly my place really mate, I'm not paid, I'm always the silly sod being given the bullets AND shooting the gun. There are plenty of others who could.

Could however be brought up at the next Fan consultation group if it is put as one of the issues.

Don't think you can use academy performance against him. The big slump happened during his time away from the club.

Let's face it, under Randy there were loads of areas which weren't seriously managed. I'm willing to believe that in general terms the club has now got a grip on the academy and youth teams.

Which doesn't alter the question of how things are now at a personal level and where the FA enquiry has got to.

Not all of it McParland and certain people left due to strains there.

I'm being careful not to talk out of order or wash other people's dirty laundry!

I'm 49 years old and bullying exists in the workplace , in school , through any part of your life if another individual decides your weak enough to be exploited. In my humble experience most good foke go about their business but there is always one prick who thinks he can target someone who just wants to be left alone or is an easy target. Where I work one particular chap has spent many years ranting and raving about many things and everyone would back off from him , one day he chose to take umbridge with me , I fronted him up and told him he was a weasel **** with no bollocks and he had a free shot because after that I was going to batter him , moral of story , I ain't no super hero but hate bullies.
I probably didn't mention the rat in question is a nose .

I'll take your word for it. I know nothing about what it is or has been like on the inside. Certainly problems like this need to be sorted; otherwise, as Silhill said, it's like a cancer.
