Bruce 'Very Pleased' With Performance

I like the messaging and the positivity. I’m not sure we have the quality that we need to do well. We have a tough looking first few games of the season and a decent start is always important. Personally I think we are miles off without significant further signings, but it doesn’t look like any are imminent so I’m hoping that my gut feel is wrong. Tavares does look like he is a good addition - that’s a positive.
 
I look at the signings and want to be positive - I actually was when they were signed but that's because I was expecting more (many more) to follow.
 
We can't wait until when Nombe is sold - need to bring in some strikers now. New season starts in a few days time! The squad is very inadequate for what is needed. There seems to be no sense of urgency... or are we just completely skint? Very worrying times.
