Had a quick look at their playing ratings, they rated us between 4 and 6.5. Comments of that we were there for the taking, poor, niggly etc.

Well, for most of the game whilst we were by no means excellent, I thought we matched them and created the better chances, Eaves hitting post, disallowed goal on follow up, Martin's header over the bar. We do need to find that final ball more often. Pleased for List to get his first league goal.

Anyway a deserved point and a nice end to a mini break from Thursday through Saturday in Bristol area. Shame about one bloke yelling (mainly at Eaves) that he was an F'ing C throughout the game, and when Eaves wasn't on the ball trying to find another target. You pay your money I suppose, but do wonder why the hell he turned up.
 
Some people must have pants lives to project their crap onto the players of the team they supposedly support.
With his back to goal in the middle of the park Eaves can be a real handfull at this level. It irritates me that he gets dragged wide as often as he does.
The Pennock, Taylor recruitment strategy has given us the core of a solid mid table side on a shoe string budget. If lovell can recruit a bit more class in midfield, I'd be hoping for a top half finish next season.
As it is, given the start we had weve not done too bad at all.
 
Couple of their fans on facebook forums were fairly complimentary towards us, saying a deserved point for us.
