Chelsea haven't, as yet, offered a new deal to England U21 international Swift so he could leave with Brentford keeping on eye on developments should he become available.

Am I alone in not having a clue what this means?

If that were to become the case I doubt too many would oppose him coming back to Griffin Park would they as the 20-year-old showed what he could do with the Bees didn't him.

It's a bit of anon story really isn't it mate, something to fill the post season void.

If he comes back great, if not we'll move on - the end!

Would love to see him back as a summer signing. Think he has bags of potential and will only get better. His languid style doesn't always fit with those that like to see 110% effort players all the time but a goal scoring midfield player is a rarity.
