Well possibly, and she is seen as a bit of a rising star, but her majority is only 300-odd, after a recount! So there is a bit of an issue there.

Imagine if there was a leadership contest, Rudd won, and then for whatever reason we had to have another election later in the year? She could very conceivably lose her seat and then where would we be?

These are very strange times in British politics for sure.
