Bomb plot schoolboys wanted to blow up Buckingham Palace

Two 'sick' schoolkids plotted to make pipe bombs etc and said they wanted to blow up Buckingham Palace amount other places. Thankfully the ones' parents reported it to police.

Unfortunately, they cannot be named for legal reasons - they were 15 at the time, but now 16.
