It's a new date of the year for our diaries: it seems every week and day now must have a purpose or event.

The 3rd Monday of January is supposed to be the worst day of the year

It is when people are supposed to be at their lowest after Christmas and all the other baloney attached to it.
 
A few dates for your diary in the attached. Seems like they making everyday a "something" day

We have kids inventor day tomorrow followed by Winnie the Pooh and Popcorn data this week! What a time to be alive.

Shh dont tell the kids! They will be wanting to open your wallet again :4: nowt need there then. Do they need am excuse?

The 12" dance version of Blue Monday was a classic must play at Scandals in Solihull back in the day

That together with Kiss Me by Stephen "tin tin" Duffy and Don't You by Simple Minds .
 
Always been more a Joy Division man myself. Although I do listen to Blue Monday and wonder if it would have been a natural progression for Joy Division to go in that direction, and try to imagine Ian Curtis singing on it and flailing around like a mad man.

Never mind Melon, we have Kids inventor day tomorrow. I will start a new thread for that and the day after it is Winnie the Poo day, followed shortly by Popcorn day, so you will soon beable to forget Blue Monday with what those other 3 days will cost you if anyone tells your wee youngsters :14:

Just be glad we have missed National Rubber Duckie day which was on the 14th of Jan :19:

but there were some bluenoses in there as well ... guess the names?
