And I'm sure he could afford to pay those wages back with his resignation compensation package, with plenty left to spare. Greedy, deserting cu nt.
 
The club could build back a bit of credibility by announcing there will be no such award, no end of season jaunts, no bonuses paid ( God knows why there would but some will have something written into their contracts), no loyalty bonuses paid etc etc and that the money saved is being given to the match day staff who haven't earned a penny this year and have no way of recouping their casual earnings.
