Vital Champions League
Manager Gary Bowyer has stepped down after one game (draw away to Wycombe).

Can only assume due to personal circumstances as seems to have done a good job. Possibly broken promises?

Whitstable?

Under the circumstances has done a good job, promotion from div 2, reasonable position last season, brought a group of guys either nobody wanted or were loans and this season having seen the best players leave put out a team on Saturday with eight new faces who had never played a league match together and two of them had never played in the leagues at all.
With the Oystons still owing £25 million as sanctioned by the courts in London to the Latvian business investor and interest payments mounting up in the meantime, the club is still in a state of flux.
I went to Adams Park for the match on Saturday, two poor teams to be honest but didn't really expect much with all of these new guys, but I guess the final nail in the coffin for the manager was the possible loss of another player before close of window and that was of Tilt and the offers that Ipswich had put forward.
