First friendly of the season saw Honeyman off the pitch and he's off for a groin scan.
Also announced today Olly Casey - training injury 4weeks out.
Horsfall and Sheff Wed kid both going to miss the start of the season.
 
Dion Charles taken off after about 5minutes v Barrow:

“He had a stamp on his foot a few weeks ago that he’s been managing and dealing with. It’s quite a heavy bruise.
“When he went through (against Barrow), which was a penalty, the lad stood on him and irritated it. That was the reason we took him off and decided not to take any more risks.”

“Albie (Morgan) is back available, Leighton Clarkson is back available, and George Honeyman is back available.

“Dion (Charles) isn’t far away at all, he’s out of the boot. The stress injury from being stood on has settled, but he’s not quite ready for tomorrow (against Grimsby), but I think he’ll be ready for next week.

“Tom Bloxham is very very close. I’ve not made the final call on whether he travels, but he’s almost there.

“Fraser (Horsfall) has had some complications so he won’t be available tomorrow. We don’t know how long at the moment, but the ankle isn’t where he wants it to be or we need it to be. He was in late stage rehab, but just wasn’t quite where we needed him to be, so it’s back to the drawing board on that.”

Taylor - hamstring, "out for the foreseeable future"
Finnish lad: “His shoulder popped out. They’ve put it back in, which is the most important thing, but it’s the extent of the damage now to see how long he’s out for.
