Bit of a strange one this.....

This is happening right outside my office window as we speak - he's saying he accepts he is in the wrong by parking in in a disabled spot and accepts the fine and is willing to pay for it - but then he don't understand why they are towing his car....

JF - what are your thoughts on this????? :17:

Think it is a shame for him, he obviously wants to be disabled, so they should drag him out of his car and drive over his legs.

They can then rescind the fine and give him the blue badges he craves.

I got out my car the other day, took all my effort not to fall over in front of a few people watching, then hobbled to where I was trying to get to.

I would rather my car towed and my legs restored.

Bloke is a tosspot in my humble and as he is now wasting police time and hence costing the tax payer, I assume he'll get in even more trouble, nothing more than he deserves.

**********

So basically mate, I don't have strong feelings either way on the issue ! :17:

Parking in a disabled spot is down right iresponsible, crush the feckers car that will stop folk doing this.

if it was me I would dose a rag in petrol , set light to it and bung it in his petrol tank. That should shift him :)

PMSL yeah barn dude that might work you know lol, just boot the fecker in, taze him tie him up in the back of a van drive really fast in circles fire some gun shots off and open the van doors really fast and shout get out and don't park in a disabled spot again,,,,shake him up a bit ;)

he has been there since 9am - now if it was up to me to save tax payers money (considering there are 3 police vans) I would triple the fine , make him pay it on the spot, lower his car onto the road, and then hit him with another on the spot fine for wasting police time and then let him drive off in his rust bucket.

Hopefully this bloke will learn a valuable lesson or will he is the question?

doesn't sound like it if he is staging a sit in, he obviously believes himself to be right and even worse, somewhat important!

he wont learn a lesson clive - he's pretty arrogant.

Triple his fine - that will hurt him more. The fines would probably be more than what the car is worth.

Then yeah triple his fine defo, no excuse for him to be causing such a scene ffs, there is more important things going on right now for the police to do.

the car is a 'V' reg ffs - you would think that he would be grateful that someone wants to tow it away!

I am very happy this man is getting what he deserves. Hopefully he will learn a lesson

what's the difference between his car and a porcupine? With a porcupine the pricks are on the outside

Just seen this bloke on Midlands News, he got his car back no fine after 8 hours refusing to leave his car, basically the council resindered his ticket due to the law stating that a car can not be towed away unless it has been there for over 8 hours which his car hadn't, but he should still have a ticket.

Whilst I hate these dickheads who do what I would call anti social parking just sheer laziness in most cases or downright arrogance I also do think the Council could have handled it better and lawfully after all in my line of work if I contravened the health and safety laws I would face disciplinary action.
