On the replay it probably was a soft pen. But the one on Juke was a clear pen and Miller one was soft but could have been given. None of that matters really as there was no reason at all for the game to have not finished 3 minutes earlier. It was shite officiating all game. One of the worst of the season and there's been some real contenders.
It was definitely a pen, it was pretty much assault for Jutkiewicz, so I can't complain there.
I think the 7 minutes was reasonable as Sanchez was down for several minutes, then they had a long injury.

Last night was the worst display of passing I've seen from any team at Blues. The pitch is a partial excuse I know but Forest were just awful. I don't know what's happened to Hughton.
