I voted for Massive Attack because the song is so different from anything I'd heard before it. If you listen to it with headphones on, it's trippy how the sound swirls around you and passes from one side to the other.
Voted for Bohemian Rhapsody
I do like Queen but they are not even in my top 5 bands. However Bohemian Rhapsody is extraordinary. Cannot think of a song like it before or after its release.
An impossible task for any music lover as mentioned, but just using the list.
1. Life On Mars - David Bowie
2. Waterloo Sunset - The Kinks
3. Unfinished Sympathy - Massive Attack
You've not even got the top Bowie songs on the list imo so it's a difficult vote. Of those on the list I'd say Bohemian Rhapsody but if I could my top vote would probably be Queen/Bowie Under Pressure. The choice of Beatles song on there is a bit off imo too, for example, a few years ago, Yesterday became the most played song in history, throughout the world. I pressume the list has come from theoriginal poll?
Guess it's just coz Oasis have been pretty relevant again in the past 12 months with Liam back on the scene releasing solo work, Noel with a new album out and then all the exposure due to the Manchester attacks.
