It is truly amazing support away, I used to do it to the extreme for many years. The support Villa get away and indeed at home is legendary, surely someone in the corridors of power sees this, someone has to convey this to the players, the squad, the manager. I didn't see the passion such magnificent support deserves very often. I think it is a damning indictment of the manager and players, they have served up such negative football, fear football. Back in the third division days, even in the Docherty days before that, we used to say, imagine the crowds we would get if we were at the top of the first division. Everything has changed now though, we have teams of mercenaries, agents, tv money making gate receipts look like small change. It is all fooked. BUT nobody can deny that Villa fans are the BEST.
