Since he has been in the team every single manager during periods of good and bad team form has picked him consistently. Not a world beater and definitely needs schooling in his finishing to make him a more complete player. What he does give is 100% energy and drive which when he is on the bench we miss. Problem is he is so versatile that detracts from him nailing down a proper owned position on the pitch. Those decrying his full back play should watch last nights game again. In the first half a peach of a ball came in and with the Stoke number 2 waiting to head it in Oz somehow got up to head the ball away for a corner. Better fullbacks than Oz have been given the run around by ince when he's up for it.
