Bayern Munich v Atletico Madrid (special match day thread)

As it’s a special couple of nights of football, rather than using our normal Rolling Results thread I thought it might be appropriate, if anyone wants to keep a-breast of the Bayern / Atletico game, we could use this thread instead. Tonight’s KO – 7:45pm.

Really enjoyed the first 45 but with the score 1-1 on agg this has the potential to go to extra time.

As a neutral the game was a delight to watch. Two missed penalties, fantastic passing from both sides and of course three goals.

Atletico are going to take some beating in the final.

Atletico play the same type of football that the special one drummed up when Inter won the trophy. They can be beaten with good wide play. Happy to meet them in the final, fingers crossed.
