"Baby P" Peter Connelly's mother is still a danger to the public and has been denied parole, officials have ruled. Tracey Connelly, 36, was jailed in 2009 after admitting to causing or allowing the death of her one-year-old son. She was let out on licence in 2013 but returned to prison for breaching her parole conditions in 2015.
