(Audio) Jose Mourinho’s Soundbites Won’t Be Enough

Vital Football Legend
European football writer Andy Brassell was interviewed on BBC Radio 5 Live yesterday, stating maybe Jose Mourinho's usual and predictable soundbites may not be enough to get the upper hand on Manchester City's Pep Guardiola.

'There are a lot of questions to be answered after that last year at Chelsea,' Andy added.

Jose Mourinho was appointed Manchester United manager today.

Who is Andy Brassell?

Andy is an authority on European football, who appears regularly on BBC Radio 5 Live and TalkSport radio.

He has been a Bleacher Report contributor since 2013, touching on major themes and providing the kind of insight you only get by travelling the grounds of Europe.

The duration of this BBC clip is 3 minutes and may not be available outside of the United Kingdom.

If Mourinho doesn't get off to an absolute flyer next season he could struggle.
A lot of the written press journo's simply do not like him and how he goes about things.
The same with the PL officials.
A lot of his aura and invincibility has been badly damaged by what happened at Chelsea last season so if he does get off to a slow start I'm not sure they will cut him the amount of slack they have in the past.
As for all of this bollocks about doing things the 'United Way' Mourhinho will be constantly measured against old whiskey nose just as the last two managers have been and again he will come up short.
A nasty, horrible, shithouse of a man managing a nasty, horrible, shithouse of a club.
What could possibly go wrong? ;-)

Totally agree with what you say TGR.

Mourinho is a muppet and I have a feeling his world will coming crushing down like a pile of bricks when, and I say WHEN, the rags lose a string of results.

Come Christmas he'll be history.

That's a big shout Tudor. He could just as easily win them the Prem next season as he could completely **ck them up.

I agree , Moyes was supposed to be the best thing since sliced bread.

Maureen, will have to win the League, but i suggest now that ther Premier is even harder to win. Teams that have no European involvement ie Liverpool and Chelsea could help with Maureen's collapse at Old Toilet.

TGR, welcome to VMC
