AU YEUNG; WHAT QUESTION WOULD YOU ASKED HIM?

How are you going to spend the loan money and interest that Wigan owe you? Do you regret taking on a club that haemorrhages money quicker than Paul Cook doing a runner when he realises that on small gates and no outside funding Wigan are a L2 club at best?

Seriously, I'd ask him if he'd ever met Doctor Choi. Choi says that they had no relationship whatsoever. And yet they share the same lawyer. Total bastards the pair of them.

Still don't get why he put us in admin. He devalued his asset when he could have cashed in around 10 million in player sales straight away with 3.8 million owed to us. Even if we were losing a 600k a month why wouldn't you take as much money out first and have a saleable asset in the championship rather than lose lads in release clauses and fuck the club? Makes no sense.

We have clearly been pawns in an elaborate scheme. I suspect IEC'S share value has a lot to do with it.

In effect your saying and correctly so; it's illogical. I have tried to provide a detailed logical appraisal on numerous previous occasions. Maybe you want to check back.
Here's a very brief overview of same;
In Sept 2019, IEC chairman, Dr Choi realised he'd been sold a pup. He also realised he'd appointed a bellend in Darren who had blown £16m since 30 June on top of the £10m Nov 18 to June 19 plus we had trade debts of £9m. Dr Choi expected we would be Premier league bound but this aside, a much greater problem had arisen.....
Shareholders of IEC had also clocked the £26m going down a big black hole in less than a year. IEC was a loss making company and had only circa £38m in bank. Shareholders ditched shares - share price goes on a downward spiral. Dr Choi owns 55% of shares, he losses circa £120m. He gets loads of grief from founder shareholders. He decideds to dump us but to save his CV and reputation on HXex, devises a plan which would need a stooge - enter Au Yeung. What we got was all planned!

Within few weeks of selling us. IEC shares started to recover and the Dr's wealth increased by £40.6 MILLION!

For someone to be able to walk away as Au Yueng did means you gotta have a lorra dosh - a high-roller type - high profile? Unfortunately, journos in HK and others cannot find this mans wealth generating busines in HK although they confirm he is a resident.

Now we have G Krasner (administrator) finishing off the job started by Choi.

So rather than potentially pull in 10 million plus in player sales and make the club more saleable to any potential buyer your saying reputationally it made no sense to have a business which was losing dosh and it saved face with investors?

The point I raised in an earlier post is that if somebody bought Man Utd tomorrow (or say if the Saudis had bought Newcastle) for 8 billion and tried the same trick of placing them in admin within a week of owning them there would be absolute uproar and the Premier League would be taken out of the equation by the government. Seemingly when it's us nobody gives a fuck.
