Away again to a newly promoted team who will see it as a great opportunity to get off the mark quickly. We did our utmost to try and help Watford stay up, lets not do that again
 
Wow…all of 1,300 away tickets…..THE worst possible away game to start the season. Think they’ll all be gone by the end of the second window. 1700 tickets less than we normally get….sooner they’re back in the championship the better!

Can't remember how many went to Barrow , but I reckon by the time Thursday comes around there will be 800 - 1000 or so left.
 
The club’s first home game of the season against Everton will now kick off at 12.30pm on Saturday, August 13, live on BT Sport.

Villa’s home encounter against West Ham United will take place on Sunday, August 28 (ko 2pm) due to the Hammers’ involvement in the UEFA Europa Conference League, although it will not be shown live on TV.

That switch has subsequently seen Villa’s trip to Arsenal now move to Wednesday, August 31 (ko 7.30pm), live on BT Sport.

Steven Gerrard’s side host reigning champions Manchester City on Saturday, September 3, with kick-off now at 5.30pm, live on Sky Sports.

The Villans are also due to welcome Southampton to Villa Park on Friday, September 16 (ko 8pm), live on Sky Sports.
