If we can't beat Barnsley we really are screwed. Me, I'd prefer a sterner test. If Bruce is to stay then he needs to show he can get results in the big games.

Without doubt, the worst referee ever to have a whistle to his lips since Tuesday night at Villa Park. Is there no end to this incompetence??*

A bit of tempo and intensity from the start needed here. Impose ourselves on them and don't let them settle into their game plan.

I am so excited by this that I have changed my shift this weekend so I am now working on Saturday :19:

2-0 Barnsley, because our players are so tired.
 
Adomah did pretty well against Boro when he came on, so doubt he'll make the bench. Hourihane will be benched. Kodjia will start and be taken off injured caused by not yet being match fit. Elmo, Snoddy will both start but not sure where, neither will they be. In the abscence of Davis Gabby will return to the fold and may even lead the line. Richards will replace somebody. There's room for the odd youngster or two who isn't injured, yet.

Good chance for the odd Barnsley player to get on Bruce's radar for the next transfer window.
