Nasa have said tommorow an asteroid ranging 0.7 milles to 1.6 miles will just miss us but am keeping a close eye on it, just thought i would cheer our Fear up cos he loves his Armagedon

''It should fly safely past earth, but astronomers are keeping a close eye on 86666 (2000 FL10) which, according to NASA, will be one of the biggest to pass close to our planet in recent times.

The giant lump of rock is currently hurtling through space at 40,000 miles an hour. The asteroid’s exact size is still unclear though it is estimated to be between 0.7miles metres and 1.6 miles wide - more than 15 times bigger than other asteroids currently on Nasa’s radar.

A collision would be nothing short of catastrophic with the rock fragment thought to be around a quarter of the size of Mount Everest.''

Space is just amazing and something we do not give enough time to think about. We're happy in our own little bubbles.

I subscribe to the theory Graham Hancock has tried to make more mainstream. The idea that an advanced civilization, the one that possibility started the ancient civilizations such as Egypt. Were wiped out by some sort of catastrophic event. The idea that these sites are much older and that new evidence for a major event hitting the planet around the same time Hancock had already proposed is crazy coincidence.

Personally dont think its outside the realms of possibility when you consider (A) there is so much out there we know so little about and (B) how quickly a complex machine such as our civilization could fall. Turn off the lights and running water for a week and see how quickly we panic.

Tried to post a picture which was too big. Thought it suited in here. I will tell you what it said. It is so true though

We spend billions of dollars looking for life on other planets, and spend trillions of dollars killing this one :83:
