Firstly, please don't remove this thread. It has taken me ages to write it, and it's very topical. As well as that, it's probably the most important cross anyone in this country will ever put on a piece of paper. Whilst I love football and my club, there are genuinely more important things to consider.
I am voting out, and here are the reasons why. There is a reasonable chance that the country may suffer a short term dip in the economy whilst uncertainties are sorted, and trading agreements forged. We will remain in the EU if we vote out for a period of two years. This more than long enough to arrange such agreements. Personally, I can't see any further than the stupid freedom of movement policy the EU has, and this will never change. We all ready have far to many people in the country, regardless of where they come from. We don't have enough hospitals, doctors surgeries, schools, prisons, or roads. FACT, if we didn't allow any more EU immigrants into the country, it would still take 15 years of all their taxes to increase our infrastructure to where it needs to be. It won't be long before Turkey join the EU, and then God save us all. It won't be long before Angela Merkel dishes out passports to a million Syrians, who no doubt can't wait to take advantage of our NHS and generous housing policy. We have little say over our laws, and every year the EU make up thousands of rules which are ignored by most member states, but of course the UK are anal about such things. If we get out on the 23rd, we will regain control of our borders, we can forge strong relationships with other European countries, and have the freedom to trade as we want with countries outside the EU, this is something we can't do at present.
