Arrested for saying "wooo"

A chav named Anthony Stallard has been fined by the courts for saying " woooo" in a graveyard. He's probably not the sharpest tool in the shed, showing up to court in a baseball cap but still. Surely the police and the courts have much bigger issues to deal with than chavs making ghost noises?

Looks a yob for a start. They should get the c*** working. Then taking the st michael of people trying to pay their respects to loved ones and mourning. And seriously, football in a graveyard?

Doesn't matter where it is, causing public nuisance is causing public nuisance. Lad needs a bloody good beating by the looks of it!

It's been 14 years since I lived in the UK and there seems to be a huge increase in intolerance during that time. If I saw a chav falling over backwards and saying "woooo", I'd like to think that I'd find it really funny probably inappropriately so in a graveyard but still funny.

Seriously, if you were there grieving having buried a loved one, would you want some pratt like this taking the piss? I'd bury the little sod.

This is about respect, both for others and also very importantly and very much lacking now, self respect.

Of course his behaviour was inappropriate but only that. The judge fined him £35 so he obviously didn't think this case was too serious either.

Maybe it's not the UK that's changed.
 
theres a time and place for everything. And playing football in a graveyard is not on... makes me wonder what they used for goalposts. Just go to a fucking park!! and pretending to be a ghost is a bit insensitive.

If his a nob that drains our resources and time and tax money who cares. Without judging him the chances of him being scum are high. Fine the little nob more and put him somewhere to rot where he won't be touching my tax donations.

Not being funny but if I had just buried someone and he was messing around in a place where silence is vital then it may be me in front of the judge and people would be calling me scum for slapping the useless twerp.

He had to pay £20 towards court costs and another £20 into a victims fund.

I'm not sure what is the funniest aspect of this story so I'll try to list them all:

A guy saying woooo and falling over backwards

Some norbert calling the police instead of just telling him to do one

The police showing up mob handed and arresting the chav for saying woooo

The police giving him the good cop bad cop routine at the station

The chav showing up to court in a baseball cap

The norbert who called the police being delighted with the £20
 
I would imagine there is just slightly more to it, that he pushed for arrest with a bad attitude or that the graveyard had been having several issues and someone needed to be made an example of.

Personally think there are too many of these chavs now, they won't work, they have no respect, they cause problems for nice normal people. I wonder how they'd come in the Helmund Province these brave little boys?

Look at him, he's not a kid ffs, hope he wakes up and becomes a useful member of society but I'd not hold my breath.

I remember a time when a few locals would have "had a word" with such people, it's amazing how nice people can become after a "discussion" : )

 
And they'd go home, tell their parents and their parents would give them a wallop as well!
 
I know for a fact if i did anything like that now even at the age of 31 my dad would kick the living daylights out of me.
