I think it's the other way round.So if Methven is right, and we're told our owners have spent £11m on infrastructure costs? (I can't remember the exact figure). Do we read into that, that they're ready to spend an additional £11m on squad/ manager costs, on top of existing revenues?
You can spend 100% on infrastructure and 0% on players wages
But any on players wages has to be matched by the same amount on other things.
(Although in theory we are allowed to spend that much extra on players because of the infrastructure spend - BUT not compelled)
