This is the stage where Karanka's impact at Forest must start to show through.

On the whole no change. Karanka is famed for his defensive organisation. So far we have seen little of that. Hogan lost Mills against Villa. Fox and Mancienne easily out jumped for Hull first and Bowen lost marker for second. Mancienne made too many unforced errors v PNE. Left side increasingly left open as game progressed v Fulham, Fox nor management closed down winger. Pants swinging at ball like a drunk on a friday night. Worrall simple mistake when pushing for equaliser.

Defence as bad as ever. AK's defensive organisation is built around the midfield offering support. This has cost our attack dearly. Apart from the Wolves game, we have scored zero goals.

New, old heads, with energy, nouse and some skill should strengthen midfield. Difficult to judge as Fulham are on a great run. Fear lack of goals, particularly at home.

Are there signs of AK's impact yet? Off field yes. On field No. Know more after Saturday.

Definite signs on Saturday at Craven Cottage. Beaten by 2 x defensive errors - not sure any manager can account for them. On the whole the performance was light years ahead of those at Hull & v Preston.

Yes.

6 players out.

8 players in.

Spine of the side completely rebuilt. And Forest have squad depth in the CM with the whole midfield completely rebuilt.

Forest even tried to get Dawson back.

Forest have a battle general in Watson.

Geddy is back.

Colback is so assured.

Forest grew a spine and some...****s vs Fulham. Far more compact and contained a team flying into the top six for about 65 mins. They were even beginning to boss the game before Fulham brought their sub on. That's progress. They got two lucky goals from two mistakes. Gyspy curse. Can't do much about that but coach it out of them. (Cotterill has had to go through the pain barrier with Birmingham. They're only 5(!) points behind Forest. :D )

So, it's a 'yes' from me.
