All,
Apologies for any inconvenience here; I spoke with our CEO about getting an automated message on the phonelines in future, as people have been calling while the offices are closed. That will be rectified going forward.
However, the Millwall off-sale dates were published online in the third week of November, and in the Rochdale (November 26) and MK Dons programmes (December 17). 30 posters were put up around the stadium publicising this - they're on show in the Factory, ticket office, megastore, Rainham End, Gordon Road and Medway Stand concourses.
The club's Christmas opening hours (well, closing dates) were first publicised on the website in the final week of November, and the story has consistently been among the top five on the GFC website and posted to social media throughout December.
This information was also listed in the MK Dons match programme.
The website has never been updated so regularly. The social media channels have never had so much interaction with fans. Please, use them, we put a lot of time and effort into maintaining them. I dealt with three people whose Millwall tickets hadn't arrived by post who contacted the club through social media today; all of whom (to my understanding) got in without problems. We're here to help, trust me.
Finally, Oxford ticket sales can still be made online, thus avoiding the 2 matchday increase. Full information is here: http://www.gillinghamfootballclub.com/news/article/2016-17/oxford-united-ticket-details-3442945.aspx
