Anyone had a bad experience with viagogo

That company is a joke for football abroad. I purchased 2 tickets to napoli game and was assured my tickets would arrive. Paid 37 quid a ticket and 20 quid international delivery.

Well 3 days before i'm due to fly out still no tickets so I contact them to be told I should change the address to my hotel. I changed the address and was informed by the hotel the tix had arrived the next day. I told them I wanted a refund on the delivery charge but they refused. The worst bit was the tickets were only 10 euro each lol.

They say on the website you get the tix 3 days before the event but i only received them in time due to having to change the address to the hotel. No refunds or apologies. I don't want to use them again but don't know any other sites that sell tickets for european clubs. I'm planning on going bayern in october.

Next time - I suggest in touch directly with the cub as far as tickets go - always very helpful on the continent as far as I have experienced.

You'd do better to register on the websites of the club if you can (and you can with BM), failing that in Italy if you talk to the hotel before you book with them, unless it's a derby I guarantee you they'll get you the tickets at normally (depending on the game) at a reasonable price.

I've used it and tbh never had a problem, one other way that's always worth a try is going onto the English version forums, and even the own language forums (as they always speak English) and normally a good few will help.

Italian football is very cheap ticket wise. It was some experience though. Me and my mate were in curva A with the hardcore fans. Security looked at our ticket and we had to show him I'D or he wouldn't let us in. The fans were awesome, chanted all game long even when losing. I've never seen so many fans smoking weed in a stadium. The fans do what they please.

Mostly the Police just don't want to know or get involved, have to say most of the time I don't balme them!
