I know 'no news is supposed to be good news', but surely some news must be due soon. Has anyone heard anything??

Didn't the admins say that they thought it would hopefully be done by the end of the month and they wouldn't be commenting again until then?

No news doesn't necessarily mean bad news.

The new owner announcement came on 30th September, I think that admins said they would be submitting the paperwork the following week. The process is supposed to take 3 to 4 weeks on average.
The only way I think we'll hear anything before early November is if there are problems. No news is good news at this point.
