Sad news indeed and sounds like he is stable and talking which is good.

However (and I'm fully aware I don't know the details of the crash) - judging from the pictures I'm going to hazard that he was driving like an idiot. If this turns out to be the case I've got no sympathy for the player himself - thoughts only his family and the other road users who he could have killed but thankfully didn't.

Really have absolutely no time for irresponsible drivers. Maybe having something to do with moving to Leeds-Bradford area which is Mad Max on wheels.

The weather conditions were poor, he
might have just lost control on what looks like a isolated road.

Having a touch of flu ensured I settled for a warm lounge, a bottle of Chapel Down and biscuits with some mouldy blue cheese! 😉
Pleasing result though and I’m closing up on the prediction league!👍😀

Too much power, not enough talent?
Or is that just his career?
I hope he makes a full recovery, of course. He seems like a decent guy in interviews. But there are too many people driving around like idiots - a speeding driver hit three parked cars and a wall in Rainham on Friday night - and we really could do without Premiership footballers setting a bad example.
