Piers Morgan is a gobshite. He knows nowt about owt, but that doesn't shut him up. Flapping his gums on issues of the day, Flip flopping with the breeze on every issue that comes before him. I'll never forget how he wanted the un-vaxxed put on buses and taken to concentration camps. Never mind his disgusting tactics in putting British Servicemen in harms way, lying about their actions just to sell a few more papers. A 24 carat, full weight gobshite.

By the same token ANYBODY could have said that and be totally right- it's just that his post came up echoing what I was going to post and seemed totally suitable as to why he would not be able to have the same influence over todays 'professionals'.

Yes in this instance Morgan was spot on and I suspect it's just the same in the majority of workplaces except maybe small businesses. I could see the way things were going in my own company even back in the late 90's, but Covid 'boosted' it and the shower that are in power now will only escalate this madness. There's no way that I'd want to be in management at any level if I was working today.

I remember the GREAT Jimmy Hagan getting the tin tack from West Brom because the players revolted because he made them wear shorts when training in the snow.Jim said, "You play wearing shorts so you can train in shorts!" I don,t think they would have been happy playing in a skins v shirts match in the middle of winter
