Another New Signing!

I take it we are talking Finn O'Mara .I have not seen that much of him .But it is clear that he has to push on this coming season .With Tucker and Huckle coming close behind him fighting for the same area in the side .Finn has to step up this season .
 
He hasn't got to push-on at all, he did well last season when called on but at 19 years old how many games are you expecting him to play? I think he is coming along nicely for his age.
 
For a totally biased non football reason I'm pleased. I taught one of Finn's close mates last year. On his last day he brought in a Gills shirt as a leaving present. Finn had got all the players to sign it.

Excellent thing for the young man to do. Good on you Finn.

I'm confused though. It was his last day. So was the shirt for you or him?
 
Sadly he just missed an 'A' grade at A level but I made sure he got a bloody good reference for Uni. He popped into see me recently and I introduced him to the class as an absolute legend (giving the reason why).

I also got a "Proud to be a *****" T shirt from another student a couple of years ago (which I wore on a school charity run).
