It appears that Marseille have triggered the switch to permanent after his 5th game with them, which means we'll have @ £9m in the coffers for the January window if we need any reinforcements.

Im sure in the right country, with a decent level of players around him, in a club thats not lurching from one disaster to another (like we were when he was playing for us) Amavi is a decent player.
 
FFS you don't get anywhere the French squad unless you are very special - another example of Villa not making a purchase work.
